Ordering
Ordering is simple. Just add beads to your shopping cart, check the appropriate shipping method and proceed to checkout. We accept Paypal and major credit cards.
Payment Methods
We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. We do not accept Checks or Money Orders.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States is done daily Monday through Friday. Our mail pick up is early, so most orders will be shipped the day after they were placed.
We ship at no charge within the United States using USPS First Class.
There is a $2.00 charge for International orders and they are shipped Airmail.
Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please email me at breezy@harvestbeads.com so I can help you.
Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to me. All imformation is used only in processing orders or answering emails and feedback. I will never share, sell or rent your personal or payment information. You will never be added to the Harvest Beads Newsletter unless you ask or sign up yourself through the website and you're free to cancel at anytime.
Custom Orders
I do not do custom bead orders.
Is Harvest Beads a Secure website?
Yes it is and you will see the secure symbol in the address bar (top of page) and also in the status bar (bottom right of page) as soon as you start adding items to your shopping cart.
When are new beads posted?
New beads are posted each Friday, unless you hear otherwise. Members of the Harvest Beads Newsletter receive and email announcement each week as soon as they're posted
Are beads annealed?
Yes, all of my beads are properly annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln. After they're annealed each bead is carefully inspected and cleaned before being sold.
Photography
Bead photos are all taken by me, Breezy Riggs. I take special care to ensure each photo is an accurate representation of the piece for sale and additional notes are made in the description. But please keep in mind that computer monitors vary so colors and brightness may vary as well on different screens! All of the photos are copyrighted, do not use them without permission from me.
Designer's Gallery/h2>
Anyone who uses my beads in their work (any medium!) is welcome to join the Designer's Gallery. And I love to see photos of your work, so just email me your pictures and your contact information with Gallery as the title and I'll add you :)
Harvest Beads Newsletter
If you're interested in receiving email updates when new beads are posted and for other Harvest Beads news you can either sign up through the website or send me an email letting me know the email address you'd like to use and I'll add you.
